1. An original copy and a photocopy of the ID Card or alien residence certificate

2. Original R.O.C. driving license

3. One 1-inch black-and-white photo or color photo with a gloss surface, plain background, facial features clearly shown, no hat worn, frontal bust and taken within the previous six months. A processed digital photo will not be accepted.

》》Fee: NT$ 200 (a fee needs to be paid if a renewal procedure of a driving license is taking place after a valid period of six year.)
