An applicant for driving license test needs to be 18 years old or above, and needs to prepares a residence certificate and three 1-inch black-and-white photos or color photos with gloss surface, plain background, clear front view of face without hat, and taken within the previous six months (a processed digital photo will not be accepted) An applicant is required to pass the physical examination and physical ability exam first, and then submit required documentary proofs and experiences for application pursuant to Article 60 of Regulations Governing Road Traffic Safety (no experience requirement and physical ability examination for riders of light-duty and original heavy-duty motorcycles). An applicant's score needs to reach 85 for written test of traffic regulations, 60 for mechanical knowledge (for a professional driver), and 70 for riving test.
