(1) Alien Residence Certificate [ARC] with validity of over one year. (The expired day must be over one year away.)

Example: date of issue: 2005.03.10~date of expiry: 2006.03.09

(2) Three Recent Photos (black and white color, front view of face without hat, 1 inch, and taken within the past six months).

(3) Official physical examination certificate for driving license application from a public hospital or health office.

(4) Application Form for Driving License Test (we supply this)

(5) Local Driving License or international Driving License plus one Copy (the document is only for car license test)
